May is Lyme Disease Awareness Month. Not all Lyme disease first presents with a bull's eye rash. The most common symptoms of Lyme disease are:

Research from the University of Virginia Cancer Center shows that an unhealthy gut promotes the SPREAD of breast cancer

How to maintain a healthy gut?
1. Cut the processed sugar and grains
2. Eat plenty of fiber (fruits and veggies)
3. Eat grass-fed beef
4. Eat fermented foods regularly (yogurt, sauerkraut, kombucha, etc)
5. Supplement with probiotics, especially if you take antibiotics or birth control pills
