Today's Sound Immersion was so beautiful. What a gift to spend 1 1/2 hours steeped in the vibrations of the bowls with others. I feel simultaneously grounded and expansive.... an experience of being completely present and in alignment with my soul. I will not be doing any more through the busyness of summer and plan to resume some time in the fall. PM me if you are interested in being added to my email list for info regarding future events.
