Medicare Advantage Participants

Important Update Regarding Medicare Advantage Plans in RICH COUNTY.

We have been informed by Select Health that they will no longer offer Medicare Advantage plans to residents of Rich County.

The Medicare Open Enrollment period runs from October 15 through December 7. During this time, you have the opportunity to review your coverage and select a plan that best fits your healthcare needs.

Please be aware that, due to this change, continuing care with our team under a Select Health Medicare Advantage plan will result in out-of-network status. We remain committed to providing you with high-quality care and encourage you to choose a plan that aligns with both your healthcare needs and preferred providers.

If you would like assistance finding a Medicare Advantage plan that is in-network with our clinic, please contact Kim Hulme, a certified SHIBA (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) representative, who is available to help guide you through this process.
