Shorter days can make a good night's sleep feel less refreshing. Cooler mornings, yard work, grandkids’ games, and holiday prep ask a lot of your body. If you’re waking up tired or noticing your energy dropping by the afternoon, your nervous system may not be shifting into true recovery at night.

In our office, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli look at how your body transitions between activity and rest. With the Zone Technique, they focus on the areas that support hormonal balance and nervous system regulation. When those are working well together, your body can recover more fully and energy feels steadier through the day.

If this fall has you drained even after a full night's sleep, give our office a call and book an appointment. We’re here to help you get back to deeper rest and better days. 🍂

Healing takes time, and it looks different for everyone. When the body begins to feel safer, the mind often follows.

At Atlas, we help the body relearn a calmer state, using the Zone Technique. We focus on how the nervous system and muscles communicate so the body can begin to settle and recover more naturally.

If you’ve served and your body still feels on edge, we’d be honored to care for you! ❤️

Long before a diabetes diagnosis, your body has usually been showing signs that its communication and circulation systems are under strain. Your nervous system plays a major role in how your body regulates sugar, blood flow, and energy use. When that system stays under stress for too long, your body starts to lose some of its natural balance and stability.

At Atlas, we look at how these systems are working together beneath the surface. Using the Zone Technique, we focus on the areas that guide your nervous system regulation and circulation. When those areas are supported, your body can often process sugar more efficiently and maintain steadier energy.

While we don't treat diabetes directly, we DO support the body’s ability to function and adapt, which can make daily life feel more balanced and less exhausting.

If you’re working to keep your blood sugar in a healthier range, or want to strengthen your body’s foundation before problems begin, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli are here to listen, assess, and help you understand what your options are. ❤️

Sugar doesn’t just live in desserts. It hides in granola, yogurt, dressings, even in “healthy” drinks. Those sudden rises and drops in blood sugar can leave the brain inflamed and foggy, especially as we age. When your body can maintain sugar levels, your brain stays clearer and your memory centers stay stronger.

At Atlas, we also look at how your nervous system is managing stress and communication throughout the body. When it’s working well, the body finds more stability in how it handles stress and blood sugar, which helps your brain stay clear and focused.

There’s no cure for Alzheimer’s, and we never promise one, but we do focus on supporting quality of life for patients and caregivers.

Even with decades of experience, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli still use X-rays to get a better understanding of what’s going on inside your body.

While they can assess many issues through touch and observation, there’s no substitute for seeing what’s beneath the surface. X-rays allow Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli to see spinal issues or changes that aren't always noticeable on the surface. This helps them provide care that’s not only safe but tailored to your specific needs.

Your body deserves care that respects your history and helps you move forward with confidence. If you’ve been considering chiropractic and want a plan built for you, our team would be glad to help you get started. 🌿

Most people are surprised to learn that bone density peaks in the late teens and early twenties. After that, the body gradually loses strength, which is why many don’t notice changes until their 40s or 50s.

At Atlas, we care for people at every stage of life. With younger patients, that often means focusing on nutrition, weight-bearing exercise, and spinal health to build a stronger foundation early. With older patients, care may include decompression and gentle adjustments that ease pressure on fragile joints and keep the spine moving more comfortably.

No matter where you are in the process, the goal is the same: helping your body stay strong enough to support the life you want to live. If you’ve been wondering how to support healthier bones at your stage of life, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli are here to guide you in the right direction. ❤️

Have you ever noticed how it’s harder to take a full breath when your shoulders are rounded forward? That's because the way your spine moves has a direct impact on how your lungs expand.

Zone 5, the muscular system, is where Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli look when tension is limiting chest movement and lung expansion. When proper motion is restored to the thoracic spine, the body often finds more space for deeper, steadier breathing.

If you’ve noticed it’s harder to take a full breath, we’d be glad to take a closer look. Our team is here to support you with care that helps your body breathe and move more freely. ❤️

ADHD brings real-life challenges for kids and families, especially around focus, impulse control, and sleep. Zone 3, the nervous system zone, looks at how clearly the brain and body are talking to each other. When that signaling is under stress, it becomes harder to transition between tasks, filter noise, or settle at night.

In our office, pediatric care starts with a gentle assessment of spinal motion, posture, and reflex patterns that can hint at nervous system overload. Adjustments for kids are gentle and calming, designed to help their system feel more at ease. The goal is clearer communication in the system, which is what often shows up at home as smoother mornings, calmer evenings, and more restful sleep. 😴

Chiropractic care supports the nervous system in ways that help kids regulate and adapt more easily in daily life. If you’d like to know what care with Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli might look like for your child, reach out to our office to get scheduled for a visit. ❤️

It’s encouraging to see The American Chiropractor shining a light on something we’ve seen change lives right here in Montrose.

Through the Zone Technique, we've seen people find steadier balance after close calls with falls. Others have shared they have a clearer mind when brain fog had become the norm, or the relief of finally sleeping through the night without tossing and turning.

We love hearing from our patients that they've regained the energy to enjoy gardening, golf, or even just walking around the block without constant stiffness slowing them down.

This approach helps to restore balance in the systems of your body that guide hormones, digestion, circulation, movement, and your nervous system itself. When support is provided to these areas, you start feeling more like yourself again.

We’re proud to bring this level of care to our patients, and even more grateful for the difference it has made for the health of our community.
