We’ve had quite the mix of weather today but our volunteers are still here handing out food until 4:00!

If you have not picked up before, no problem! We will register you and give you food until our supply runs out. Pick up is in our main parking lot outside the main entrance.

Another group of bright young students have finished their program!

🎉 Congratulations to Our Graduates! 🎉

Today, we proudly celebrated five more students graduating from Endless Mountain Health Systems through our NTIEC externship program!

We’re excited to share that another five students from Endless Mountain Health Systems have officially completed their journey and there’s more to come later this week as additional students finish their hands-on experience in our healthcare program.

A huge thank you to Endless Mountain Health Systems for your continued support, guidance, and commitment to providing meaningful learning opportunities for our students. We truly appreciate your partnership!

It's National Rural Health Day!

What is NRHD? Today is a day that helps shine a light on the unique challenges that rural healthcare providers and organizations need to overcome and recognizing the "power of rural" by celebrating the providers and organizations that serve our rural communities.

EMHS is proud to be your local Rural Health care Provider for Montrose, New Milford, Hallstead, and all of our surrounding communities! In the past 24-36 months, EMHS has invested over $500,000.00 in equipment upgrades to be able to provide our community with the best possible care with new state-of-the-art equipment. With little access to specialty care in our area, EMHS is consistently working with other systems in attempts to bring specialty care closer to home. As part of this effort, EMHS has partnered with other local systems to provide Cardiology and Orthopedic care at our 100 Hospital Drive location and Podiatry care at our Hallstead and Montrose locations.

EMHS offers Primary Care with the following providers:

Dr. Dana
Dr. Bhatt
Dr. Speicher
Cheryl Leonard, CRNP
Paula Smith-Lane, CRNP

Women's Health can be scheduled with Cheryl Leonard, CRNP at our Hallstead or Montrose locations for Pap Smears, birth control, and other women's health related concerns.

Our Clinic staff hosted a pumpkin decorating contest this week for our patients and staff to vote on their favorite!
Staff participants included: Layla, Chris G., Dr. Gibran, Maria, Kayla, Catherine, Valerie, Nancy, Eileen, Josh, Sandy, Debbie, Joanna, Kim, Christina, Rebecca D., Becky, Mary, Katie, Sue, and Beth.
