We are looking for reliable, friendly, motivated individuals to join our Nutritional Services team!
Minimum Requirements:
✔️ High School Graduate or Equivalent
✔️ Basic Math skills (able to convert recipes)
✔️ Able to read and communicate in English
✔️ In good Physical health (able to stand for long periods of time and lift up 30 pounds)
Our full time cook will be responsible for the preparation of meals for patients and cafeteria meals for visitors and staff. This position will require you to be ServSafe certified, however, EMHS will assist with the course and testing fees. The right person for this job will be task-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task. You will work alongside dietary aides to assemble meals and patient trays in accordance to diet restrictions and special orders. Prior kitchen experience is preferred though we are willing to train the right candidate!
Our part time dietary aide will be scheduled for 3 days per week. This position is responsible for assisting the cook with food preparation and tray assembly, delivering food to patients and visitors, kitchen and dishes clean-up and sanitization. No prior experience is necessary but the preferred candidate will be able to work effectively and efficiently without direct supervision and pay attention to detail!
