🦷 Healthy Smiles Start Early! 😁

Did you know your child’s oral health is part of their overall health? During your child’s annual well visit, our providers check teeth, gums, and mouth development to help spot concerns early—long before they turn into bigger issues.

We’ll also talk about brushing habits, fluoride, nutrition, and when to see a dentist for regular cleanings. Building good routines now helps kids keep their smiles strong and healthy for life! 💙

🍁 Fresh Air, Happy Kids! 🍁

As the days get shorter and the air turns crisp, it can be tempting to stay cozy indoors—but getting outside is still one of the best things you can do for your child’s physical and emotional health.

Even a quick walk, bike ride, or game of catch after school can boost mood, strengthen immunity, and help kids sleep better. Bundle up, soak in that sunshine, and make the most of fall! ☀️🍂

🎃 Halloween Fun & Safety Tips 🎃
Halloween is a time for costumes, candy, and creativity—but a little planning goes a long way to keep the night safe and fun for everyone!

Here are a few reminders from American Academy of Pediatrics
🧡 Dress Smart: Choose costumes that fit well and won’t cause trips or falls.
💜 See Clearly: Opt for non-toxic face paint or hats instead of masks that block vision.
💚 Shine Bright: Add reflective tape or glow sticks to costumes and treat bags for visibility.
🖤 Stay Safe: Skip sharp accessories and look for “flame resistant” labels on costumes.
👁️ Avoid Decorative Contacts: These can harm young eyes without a proper prescription.

A little preparation keeps the focus on fun, not fright!
✨ Pediatric Associates wishes all our families a safe and happy Halloween! 👻
