We are so excited to announce that we are adding Amee to our WSFP family starting Monday Nov. 10th! She is accepting patients now!! 🩺🩵
Here’s a bio from Amee herself: I received my LPN in 2017 and my RN in 2018 from CNCC in Craig, Colorado. I went on to receive my bachelor's in 2019. In January of 2025, I received my master's, and in February 2025, I passed my AANP certification exam as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have worked in many fields of nursing, from critical access emergency to my most recent position with HopeWest Hospice. I have lived on the Western Slope for over 20 years and understand the challenges faced in our community. My goal is to provide quality care to our community, no matter the age.

Hey guys!! ☀️ WE ARE MOVING! 🥳🍾 We will start seeing patients there May 6th!!
Our new address is 2731 Commercial Way units A and B in Montrose, CO!
We are super excited about this move and have put in lots of work into our new space to make it just as cozy!!

Congratulations to Amee Waldvogle, RN and soon to be FNP! We have been so lucky to have her here for her clinical rotations, and even luckier to welcome her to the team. We wish her the best of luck on her upcoming boards and are excited to have her join our practice, she is going to make a wonderful addition!
