Hi patients and families.

We are starting up a FREE non-perishable food shelving in our clinic for families in need and are asking our community members and families for help. We will be taking donations for non-perishable foods, toiletries, and kitchen ware. If you are interested in donating please get in contact with our receptionist Jackie at 970-240-6438.

We will be closed all next week for spring break (YAY)!! We will be back in office Tuesday April 5th to see patients. If you need an appointment please call Pediatric Associates to squeeze in with them. We are having our next COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday March 11th. We have 4 remaining spots for Pfizer 12 and older and 4 remaining spots for Pfizer 5-11. If you or someone you know is interested please spread the word so we can get these spots filled.

We will be hosting some COVID-19 vaccine clinics soon. Below are the following dates. All clinics are for Pfizer vaccine only. We have Pfizer 12 and older and Pfizer 5-11. If you are interested in any of these dates call Jackie to get on the schedule.

Friday January 28th: MORNING ONLY 12+ ONLY
Friday February 4th: ALL DAY both age groups
Friday February 11th: ALL DAY both age groups

Hi Patients and Families.

We have some dates for our next COVID-19 Vaccination clinics:

* Wednesday December 15th
* Friday December 17th (12 years and older only)
* Wednesday December 29th
*Wednesday January 5th

Spots fill quick so call today for your preferred day so we can get you on our schedule.

ALSO patients who are currently scheduled for our clinics this week (Wednesday 12/08 and Friday 12/10) if this is your second dose/booster please bring your vaccination card so we can update it for you. If you cannot make your scheduled time please call Jackie so she can get you rescheduled.

Los lugares se llenan rápido, así que llame hoy para conocer el día que prefiera para que podamos ponerlo en nuestro horario.

TAMBIÉN pacientes que están programados para nuestras clínicas esta semana (miércoles 12/08 y viernes 12/10) si esta es su segunda dosis / refuerzo, traiga su tarjeta de vacunación para que podamos actualizarla por usted. Si no puede cumplir con su horario programado, llame a Jackie para que pueda reprogramarlo.
