A gathering place for veterans with PTSD to discuss symptoms , treatments , resources , benefits , organizations and anything else that might be on our minds. PTSD also effects our families and loved ones , it's only fair to include them in our recovery as they may need to recover also. In saying that I must also say that PTSD is not something that only veterans experience and there are many peopl

e out there that may have it and not be fortunate enough to receive proper diagnosis or care , they may not even know they have it. Many years ago when I was first diagnosed, it was just a bunch of initials to me and I had no idea how much those four letters would impact my life so treatment was not in the cards for many years until I finally looked the dragon in the eye and was educated a little about the cause and symptoms ,the triggers, the social ,emotional , financial and and relationship damage that it cost me and yes the longer I went without treatment the worse I got.I could go on for hours but this is for all of us.. I hope we get some more activity on this page and more of my brothers and sisters at arms share their experiences. The cause is not nearly as important as the effect and recovery so please lets try to help each other in those areas and with that i say god bless to all of us and hopefully a better life in the future.

The Salad Box that started it all: The Original Mix 🥗😍

We were looking for a way to make it even easier for you guys to use your microgreens, and when the idea of a salad box came to me, we decided to give it a shot.

It was a success from the very first day 🙌

Our Original Mix has some of our favorite varieties: Sunflower Shoots, Pea Shoots and Cantaloupe to make it hearty, the 5 variety Mighty Mix for a big boost of nutrients, Turnip for some extra freshness, Amaranth for color and Radish on the side as a garnish for a little spice if you want.

It really is the perfect box.

11 varieties. All with their own unique flavors, textures, colors and nutrients.

You can eat this right out of the box, add it to a larger salad, toss it in smoothies or top it on any of your favorite dishes. There's no wrong way to eat a Mighty Lil' Microgreens Original Mix Salad Box 😉

If you are in Kingsville, come see them after the Farmers Market!
