"The most beautiful thing you can wear is confidence." -Blake Lively

Do you want your daughter to be confident in her knowledge of her own body? Wondering how to talk to her about the changes that will be happening during puberty? If you or someone you know would like to have the answers to these questions and more, the Guiding Star Cycle Show is the place to do it.

The Guiding Star Cycle Show Workshop is an educational, interactive, multi-media, fertility awareness workshop for young girls, ages 9-12. It is a desirable addition to the standard reproductive health education given in schools; its aim is to equip young girls with the knowledge of what is going on inside their bodies in relation to puberty. This knowledge then supports and prepares them in a positive way for the wonderful changes they will experience within their bodies over the coming years.

Hosted by Life Choices and taught by a certified instructor, this workshop will equip young girls with the knowledge (equal to some physicians) of their bodies, and give them confidence in understanding that there is more going on behind the scenes.

The workshop will be Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 9 am - 2 pm. There will also be a parent presentation on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 7 pm - 8:30 pm if you would like to know more about what will be presented.

Thanks to a scholarship from Altrusa International of Montrose CO a Montrose the cost of the workshop is $10 per attendee!

Participation in the Cycle Show gives girls a healthy respect for their bodies and will help them protect what they value and respect.
