Pizza. Football. Family. What more could you ask for? The family enjoyed watching the at and they devoured the pizza from ! It's important to count your calories, it's important to spend time with family, and a couple slices of pizza will not ruin your diet! Enjoy everyone!

If you try to FIND time to eat healthy and exercise, you'll find neither. I've found that in order to be successful you need to MAKE the time. Today, I'll be working until 9pm so I'm starting dinner for the family during my workout. I set aside time during a busy day to do things important to me: being active and helping my family by cooking. Doing this helps prevent panic ordering where you don't know what to cook/ear and you don't have the time. Those situations often lead to making or buying less nutritious foods. I'm certainly not against pizza or a wing Wednesday, but panic pizza because you aren't prepared can lead to bad habits.

PLAN your meals, PREP your meals, make time to COOK, and make sure you have a HEALTHY relationship with food....and that means knowing it's ok to have pizza and wings as long as it fits your CALORIC and FINANCIAL budget!

This is what happens when i get bored...I made pizza rolls! But better tasting and with incredible macros! 3 of these wraps made 12 pizza bites and came in at 457.5 Calories, 47.55 Grams of Protein, 3 Grams of Fiber. That means just under 40 Calories and around 4 Grams of Protein each!

The boys wanted shrimp tonight and I was feeling fancy, so we made low calorie/high protein Shrimp Fried Rice! It's pretty non-traditional, but it didn't matter to the boys because they cleaned their bowls!

It's cold out, but the grill is hot! Here's some seasoned salmon with quinoa and broccoli. I tossed some cinnamon, cumin, paprika, salt & pepper onto the salmon, seared it hot and fast on the grill and this all came together wonderfully!

Here's another meal my kids loved and asked to be made again....and it took less than 30 minutes to make! This is a deliciously creamy meal that's surprisingly low calorie and super high in protein! I think I would use a low fat or fat free cottage cheese, but this still tasted great!
