Crafting a Calmer Self, LLC Arts & Meditation Center: Offering instruction in meditation techniques, aromatherapy, and therapeutic crafts to help you create a calmer and fuller self.

We specialize in "holistic recreation," offering group and private instruction in meditation and crafts that have therapeutic, meditative and sensory properties to heal and engage any crafter. Craft instruction in knitting, crochet, fiber arts, homesteading/natural arts, fabric arts, beading, aromatherapy, crystals, earth science, and sensory play. Specializing in special needs. Aromatherapy services and meditation coaching. In addition to instruction classes in knitting and crochet, we offer finishing services for your knit and crochet projects. More about me . . . A mother of two wonderful boys. Firm believer in the therapeutic benefits of knitting, crochet and other crafts. Passionate for advocating for children and adults with special needs. Certified as a Paraprofessional/Special Education/Autism. Experienced instruction in arts, crafts, and social skills with adults and children with autism, developmental disabilities, and special needs. Graduate of Pace University School of Law. Also a certified meditation teacher (Transformation Meditation) and Clinical Aromatherapist. Currently pursuing Herbalist certification.
