Northgate Physical Therapy, P.C. will provide individualized treatments to facilitate recovery. We are grateful to be a part of this community.

Northgate Physical Therapy was started in 2013 to help fulfill the fast growing needs of the Monument, Tri-Lakes, and Colorado Springs areas. We are an outpatient physical therapist owned clinic, providing individualized hands-on treatments to best facilitate recovery and get patients back to the activities they enjoy.

Doctorate of Physical Therapy Student Dylann Bylund gave an inservice to the athletes today on “The benefits of Stretching and How it Affects Muscle Performance”.

Dylann identified different types of stretching, the benefits of stretching, and demonstrated multiple ways to stretch the hip flexors.

Tight hip flexors can lead to pain in the lumbar spine and/or impair performance.

Thank you once again to Blue Cord CrossFit for giving us the opportunity to show their folks some new tips.

Doctorate of Physical Therapy Student Natalia Cruz and Dr Kaela Cotton had the opportunity to speak with the crew from this morning about Leakage with Double Unders.

Natalia gave an overview of pelvic floor anatomy and function, 🔑 points of performance for the double under, and some drills for those looking to work up to double unders

Congratulations to Lauren Gale who is known to Northgate Physical Therapy for postoperative rehab after an arthroscopy to repair a labral tear in her right hip.🤕
Lauren competed at the Paris Olympics as part of the 4 x 400m squad and they placed 6th in the 🌎!

Please welcome Jordan Holm, PT, DPT as the newest member of our team!

Education

● Doctorate of physical therapy from University of Mary, Bismarck, ND, 2024

● Bachelor of science in health and human performance: pre-professional physical therapy from Montana State University Billings, Billings, MT, 2021

Dr. Holm’s is originally from south central Montana and was drawn to Colorado for its beautiful mountain vistas and wide variety of music and entertainment. His favorite hobbies are playing guitar and jamming with his friends. You can also find him at the local bowling alley or out golfing during the summers.
