BTS… so, what’s my purpose behind my meal… it’s not that I’m turning 55 in about a month… but I’m purpose driven. I’d like to increase my endurance… be a little more agile… and I like the way my body feels when it’s properly fueled… I like how my mind works and I feel for my gut… my stomach… my organs. They works so hard to keep up with my mind, fueling my body right is the least I can do for them little guys working so hard to get me where I want to go.

My thoughts on how others eat? NOT my business… Even if I was in that business, the psychology behind wha others eat is a no judgement zone for me.

The beauty of coming full circle… is such a beautiful thing.

I’m not sleep walking in my life. I stop and let it sink in…

The power to be here (in this moment of knowing - myself… feels as open and full as the moment I saw the sun rise over Mount Everest… alone… with children singing below…

Turning 55 in January… and I’m excited about the leaps I’m choosing to make, the hard pushes… it’s not the same as a year ago… I’m not worried about much. That doesn’t come with age. Wisdom doesn’t necessarily come with age. For me, it came from doing things that place me in very uncomfortable positions of growth… and not afraid to do it alone… alone as in not knowing others doing the same. I’m seeking out mentorship’s online, watching, enrolling, leveling up. I’m not looking to stay the same. I’m not going to a dentist with bad teeth, a hairstylist with bad hair, a marketing pros standby still…

There’s nothing wrong with leveling up. I actually think it’s very $exy and cool. I like that vibe. I’m all in ❤️🍃

I said to myself last week… on DEC 1st, I would.

I said YES to something and there is NO turning back. Here is the where I’ll begin my journey on / to the Camino. I feel I should begin at the moment I decided to.. to even getting on he plane in Miami… and being in Palma… and my fear of public transit / buses based off Oklahoma public transit system.

But I’m beginning here, daily…

RELEASE RESET… I believe in the power that we can heal parts of ourselves holistically. I believe the CONNECTION between our emotional wellbeing, PTSD, traumas, depression, anxiety, insomnia, daily stressors and life AND OUR PHYSICAL health is interconnected.
