EXCITING NEW ANNOUNCEMENT!
We are happy to announce the successful implementation of our new software module, which has effectively reduced our processing time by fifty percent!!!
This improvement has significantly enhanced our follow-up procedures with physicians and has streamlined the process for expediting new orders of incontinence supplies. It has led to faster turnaround times for our Title 19 submissions.
We are also on the brink of launching our innovative Incontinence Management Pilot Program, designed to promote better health outcomes for individuals receiving incontinence supplies from us. This unique initiative has been in development for some time, and we will be actively collaborating with the ABD population to make a meaningful impact on their health outcomes.
Unlike other DME providers that primarily focus on optimizing state fee schedules and operate more as fulfillment services, we are committed to helping resolve health issues related to poor incontinence management by getting them in the right products and connected to the right resources and education and monitoring their progress and health outcomes.
Our approach focuses on providing resources and education, aiming to shift their mindset from requiring more products to embracing reduced usage. Prioritizing their health outcomes not only benefits the person but also contributes to significant cost savings for our state.

We Have the Best Team!
Today, we want to put a spotlight on Emma!
She plays a crucial role in following up with the physicians' offices to get the required paperwork back so we can submit Prior Authorizations. This role can often be quite challenging!
However, she has embraced this responsibility and has successfully built some strong relationships with some of the busiest and most demanding physicians offices.
Thanks to her efforts, she is now on a first-name basis with them, leading to a more efficient process in obtaining what we need in a timely manner. This is key to getting them members what they need as quickly as possible and that is our goal!
