I am certified in MLD or Manual Lymphatic Drainage. This modality is great for reducing pain and swelling in the hands, legs, and feet due to injury or surgery. MLD has even been proven to help patients with dementia and to reduce your risk of getting dementia by keeping lymph vessels in the brain working properly! I will be hosting a class on June 30 from 6:00-7:00 to teach people about the benefits of MLD and how you can do self-MLD to prevent dementia and reduce the size of fibrocystic breast lumps. My doctor was amazed at how my breast lumps have shrunk from me doing self-MLD. Charge for the class is $20. I will teach you a 15 minute protocol for improving lymph flow to the head and breast. Starting in January, I will be raising my massage fees by $5. So.. an hour massage is currently $60. In January, it will be $65. I will still honor $5 off for paying with cash.
