National Farm Animal Appreciation Day brought the whole flock together—and not a single sheep was left behind 🐑✨

Germs, beware… TRM took World Health Day very seriously—well, mostly 😄🌍

Residents, visitors, and staff came together for TRM’s first-ever Well, Well, Wellness Fair, featuring helpful resources from our Infection Prevention, Dietary, Dietitian, and Rehab teams. We also extend a big thank you to our community partners from BrightView Mount Laurel, Brookdale Senior Living, Moorestown Visiting Nurses Association, and FirstLight Home Care for helping make the event such a success! 💙

And just when things were going smoothly… Germaine the Germ tried to crash the party! 🦠 Luckily, our Infection Prevention Nurse, Denise, was ready—and Germaine never stood a chance.

A patient came to Total Rehab Moorestown facing a highly complex Stage IV pressure injury, along with additional challenges that made recovery especially difficult. What followed was a journey defined by dedication, expertise, and unwavering support.

Our interdisciplinary team came together to deliver advanced wound care, closely manage infection risks, provide pressure relief, and ensure proper nutrition—all tailored to the patient’s unique needs. Every step was guided by compassion and clinical excellence.

The outcome was truly inspiring. With significant healing achieved, the patient experienced greater comfort, reduced complications, and the ability to transition home safely with continued support.
