A Holistic Approach To Provide Superior Care

The goal of MediCalm, as a practice, is to provide a superior level of care, with (or without) medical cannabis combined with education, advocacy, and strategies based on a holistic approach to enable our patients to achieve optimal health.

MediCalm-PA was founded in 2019 by Dr. Kimberlee Park who is a board certified family medicine physician and has practiced medicine in the Philadelphia region since 1996, including 17 years at Crozer Keystone Health System in the Family Medicine department. Dr. Park graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she received her D.O. degree and now practices with a foundational belief in the Osteopathic Medicine tradition of “hands-on” diagnostic and therapeutic science.

We are a medical practice dedicated to helping patients benefit from the new and evolving treatments now available with Pennsylvania’s compassionate medical cannabis legislation signed into law by Gov. Tom Wolf on April 17, 2016.

It's important to recognize that these are early days for the use of medical cannabis, and it's no surprise then that most related studies suggest that ma*****na use is associated with relief of wide ranging symptoms, however, findings are sometimes inconsistent. Therefore a key tenet of MediCalm-PA practice includes prioritizing the advancement of medical cannabis science in the framework of Osteopathic Medicine traditions inclusive of an ongoing bonafide relationship with our patients.
