Live Well Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, detailed oriented, and motivated Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator.

📌Primary Responsibilities
• Warmly greet and check in patients
• Schedule appointments & manage office calendar
• Handle phone calls, text messages, and patient inquiries
• Collect payments and assist with patient paperwork
• Light cleaning and keeping the office tidy
• Assist with billing/insurance follow-ups and authorizations
• Help create social media posts & simple marketing tasks
• Help with project organization and office systems
• Participate in office events and workshops

📌Who we’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, upbeat, and professional
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable with technology
• Great at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
• Willing to learn new tasks and grow within the office
• Excited to be part of a health focused environment

Healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!

Live Well Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator who wants to grow with our practice. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and being part of a mission-driven healthcare environment.

📌Primary Responsibilities
