YOGA poses with STRENGTH body weight exercises in a relaxed, beautiful outdoor area accompanied by our VIP GUESTS: ELVIS, JOY& baby MERCY, GRACE, FAITH, HOPE & baby PEACE, SUNSHINE, JACK & JILL (Flemish giant bunnies) and 18 HOT CHICKS!!! Our “backyard farm” is filled with the LOVE of our PETS.... We want to share the HAPPINESS they radiate with our community! Goats and Pigs are therapy animals, just being in their presence presents an automatic relaxation response, lifting your spirits, lessen the feeling of grief, reduce stress increase HAPPINESS & your overall fitness in a positive, fun, nourishing way.
