Balanced Body Education® brings the best of movement science to movement education. Our focus is quality of movement and teaching students how to apply foundational principles to client practice and class development. While learning the curriculum, each student is encouraged to find their own unique teaching voice.

Patrea Aeschliman, the owner of 15 to Fit Method Pilates, is our Balanced Body Educator! She has been coaching and teaching for 40 years, and she has so much knowledge to offer! Starting in January, we will be offering Introductory Semi-Private Sessions! That means you can come try 15 to Fit in a small group setting - never more than 6 people in a class!

For just $19, you can experience the difference of a session at 15 to Fit Method Pilates. Choose the Introductory Semi-Private Session option if:
✨You are new to Reformer Pilates
✨You have experience doing Reformer Pilates, but not at 15 to Fit
✨You haven’t been to 15 to Fit for awhile and you’d like to rejoin (welcome back!)
✨You may have some aches and pains, but are overall healthy and don’t have physical limitations.

In January, Introductory Semi-Private Sessions will be offered Mondays at 6:30pm, Wednesdays at 10:30am, and Saturdays at 11:30am. We can't wait to meet you!

Have you tried the advanced version? It’s pretty brutal 😅 but it will make you so strong!

At 15 to Fit Method Pilates, we’re here to help you do what’s best for your body each day! If you are feeling extra strong, go for the advanced versions of each exercise. 💛 Tomorrow, December 5th, through Saturday, December 20th, post on Facebook and/or Instagram either before or after (or both!) your session at 15 to Fit! It can be a selfie, the song you’re jamming out to on the way home after class, or your Pilates socks for the day! Just make sure you tag when you do! You can post to stories or your main grid on Instagram - but it won’t count if you don’t tag us!

🙌 Entries are unlimited, and one winner will be randomly drawn and announced via stories in the afternoon on Saturday, December 20th after the morning classes are finished.

⭐️ Meet Joanne, one of our instructors!

✨What do you like to do when you’re not at the studio?
When not in the studio, I work full time as a lighting specialist for a large company that does lighting retrofits for municipalities, government buildings, and school districts. I love outside exercise, golfing, going to the beach, being out on the boat on the lake, and hanging out with my family, friends and my doggies! I love to read and I love wine!

I don’t have a least favorite pilates exercise because I LOVE PILATES!

✨What do you love about 15 to Fit Method Pilates?
15 to Fit has the BEST clients and that is what I love most about it!  The split carriage is wonderful because you can do so many more variations of exercise.  I love working with the clients and watching their progress in strength and confidence grow!  It’s so fulfilling and I have so much pride for them!

Moving your body at 15 to Fit Method Pilates is one of the best ways to relieve some stress! Make time in your schedule this month to come to class, and if you feel those shoulders tensing up, maybe schedule an extra class or two!
