⭐️Our March Star of the Month is Jack!⭐️

Meet Jack! He and his wife, Barbara, are both clients here at 15 to Fit! Jack is a professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is looking forward to retiring in the near future. Getting older and wanting to protect his health motivated him to build a consistent exercise routine - he didn’t want to “deteriorate” and knew staying active was key.

Since starting Pilates, Jack has noticed real improvements - especially during ski season. He feels stronger, more flexible, and more confident in his movement. Even after a year of classes, he’s still being challenged and discovering new exercises.
