My 2 1/2 year obsession. There is not one thing I have not loved and benefited from. With healthy eating, exercise (not crazy) drinking plenty of water, the use of the Formula 1 protein shakes and energy tea bombs have all helped in my successes. I personally have found that Herbalife products I have more energy, better attitude, healthy skin, I actually have my own nails for the first time in 30 plus years, just overall feel better.
