Our goal is to help you keep doing the things you love 💪 With over a decade of experience, Drs. Dan and Serena Zagst provide top-notch manual therapy to help you get out of pain and keep your body functioning at 100%. Treatments typically last 20 minutes, this is NOT an "in-and-out" chiropractic office.

Micro breaks from seated jobs are important not only for physical health, but mental health as well. Every 30 minutes aim to stand up and move around for 2-3 minutes.

Our in-house mini coach will demonstrate his "wiggle dance" to demo one possible exercise you can do during your micro breaks at work!🕺
