In this 8 hour class for Licensed Massage Therapists, learn anatomy, physiology and Trigger-point pain referral patterns of the muscles that contribute to TMJD. I was using a weighted vest but it was too heavy for me and I stopped using it, because my back would hurt after using it. I have heard go with 10% of your body weight? I fo plan to get a lighter version soon. What had been your experience ? Do you use one?
