Parents of athletes under the age of 18ā€¦ ļæ¼ consider sports massage (with heat optional) for your most prized possession, your childrenā€¦

As many sports injuries as I see on the news of these young ones, I just have to believe that imbalance and tightness could contribute. With a BS in Exercise Scienceā€¦ posture and balance is on my mind.

I offer a discounted 90 min or 2 hour sports massage to minors and believe me the ones that I have worked on are just as in need as adults!!

ļæ¼For instanceā€¦ think pitching baseballā€¦it crunches up the left front side if theyā€™re right handed, and works the arm/shoulder and entire backside in an imbalanced wayā€¦ļæ¼ but a hind catcher will have need for quad/hip work and right shoulder if right handedā€¦ tennis ļæ¼ think of calves and forearms/chestā€¦ golf etc.. It does not matter the sport if your child has muscles and is active, they have muscular tension and tightnessā€¦ as a human, not as an aged person.

Even from a non-athletic perspectiveā€¦ from falling down learning to walk to bike, skateboarding or trampoline accidentsā€¦ Scar tissue is already taken its course if they have not been working it outā€¦

Make your appointment for your child and paperwork has to be done by the parent for consentā€¦
