We have heard this line so many times but do you know why apple is good for you?

1. Apples are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin E, and polyphenols that contribute to the fruit’s numerous health benefits.

2. Apples are particularly filling due to their high fiber and water content. Their polyphenols may also have anti-obesity effects.

3. Apples promote heart health in several ways. They’re high in soluble fiber, which helps lower cholesterol. They also have polyphenols, which are linked to lower blood pressure and stroke risk.

4. Eating apples is linked to a lower risk of type 2 diabetes, potentially due to their polyphenol content.

Get the most out of your workout!

How to get the most out of your workout?

- Choose activities that work all the different parts of the body, including your core muscles around your back, abdomen, and pelvis. Good core strength improves balance and stability and helps to prevent lower back injury.

- Choose activities that you enjoy. It's easier to make exercise a regular part of your life if you have fun doing it.

- Exercise safely, with proper equipment, to prevent injuries. Also, listen to your body and don't overdo it.

- Give yourself goals. The goals should challenge you, but also be realistic. It's also helpful to reward yourself when you reach your goals. The rewards could be something big, like new workout gear, or something smaller, such as movie tickets.
