📢 Heads up

I have seen kiddos from the following school districts over the past week -

Carlton
Churchill
Cloquet
Congdon Park
Esko
Myers-Wilkins
Wrenshall

Routine headchecks at home, buns/braids, and mint spray is the best preventative.

Phew, what a crazy month it has been! The Lice went back to school with the students.

My best advice,
Complete routine headchecks, "once a week, take a peek"
Contain long hair in buns or braids
Use mint spray! Lice do not like mint. Mist hair, backpacks, hats, and jackets.

Below is a great reference for any suspicious findings.

It's been a busy week!

Here's your weekend reminder to take 5mins to check heads. Combing is the best way to catch lice early. Spend a few extra minutes focusing on "hot spots", behind ears, nape of the neck, and crown of the head.
