The mission of Nearme Yoga is quite simple. Each client walks away feeling connected to the community and with a sense of overall well-being. Our yoga classes will make our clients’ day-to-day activities easier by reducing fatigue and the effects of stress while increasing overall strength and flexibility. The discipline of yoga is an approach to life with a focus on being fully present for each moment, rather than living in the future or in the past as so many of us tend to do. Over the centuries, yoga techniques combining philosophy, study of the body and mind, and a practice of physical postures, breath work, and meditation were developed as pathways to the fully present, whole Self. At Nearme Yoga, Yoga is a practice and slowly sets into your being, creating a lifestyle. We know your names and we want you to know each other’s names.
