Insurance and Payment Policy

We’re happy to care for you and want to make your visit as smooth as possible. Please note that your health insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Our office is here to provide quality care to you, not to your insurance provider.

We do our best to verify your insurance coverage before your visit. However, with the many different plans and contract variations, it can sometimes be more complicated than it seems.

Because of this, we encourage you to review and understand your policy, including what services are covered, your copays, deductibles, and whether pre-authorization is required.

This will help avoid unexpected costs!
