I have decided to remove my website. I have been retired since a year last November. I had to cut back on the amount of massages I could do because of my arthritis in my hands it is to painful to massage clients.

I have had a wonderful career in massage met many wonderful people and some have become friends. I was hoping that things would change and I would be able to keep helping people feel better and recover from injuries.

So I wanted to thank everyone who has come to see me for massages. I was able to do what I loved and make a difference for more people than I could count.
I will miss being able to fix issues and encourage people to put their health first and see how much massages can help with so many issues.

Thank you for your support friendships and repeat clients that I was able to make a difference in so many lives. I will always remember the joy and love I have been given and the trust my clients gave me. I have left my clients better off than when I first met them. My clients are the best and I was able to help so many of them.

Keep getting massages and make the choice to put yourselves first. I have loved begin able to help my clients and leaving them much better than when I met them.
Every single client has left me with amazing memories and pride in knowing I made a difference in their lives. 🤗💕 I love you all and will carry you in my heart always.

I Hate when I get a client that tells me the last massage they had was painful. I don’t hurt my clients, when your body is in pain it naturally tenses. So essentially your body is working against your massage therapist!!!

You need to tell your therapist that your hurting. The reason people want a massage is to feel better not worse! I want to encourage clients to speak up, tell your massage therapist how you are feeling. If they are a good therapist they should listen to you.

I am home from AZ as usual my timing is not good. Looks like this snow is coming and it’s going to be a lot!!! 🥶❄️ Just remember when you remove the snow be careful and use correct posture and take your time. Go out several times to remove snow it will be easier to handle. Be careful this storm is going to make travel difficult. ❄️🤗 stock up on everything you need to be able to stay home and be safe.

Many people don’t understand that when you get a massage from a good massage therapist you are in charge of how the massage goes.

Please don’t be afraid to tell your therapist if they are hurting you. If you don’t tell them they may not realize they are working to deeply. You DON’T NEED to be in pain days after your massage!! 🤗

You are there to feel better not worse. Find a therapist that listens to your problems and customize your massage for the best experience you can have.
