They can be attached to your ankles or wrists. Movement with weights can increase strength, stability, and burn more calories.

Due to the winter weather warning and predicted snow fall, the Weli Center fitness room and Mora Public Schools will be closing early at 2 pm, on Tuesday, December 9. All after school activities (games and practices) and community ed programs are cancelled. No after school Mustang Care. Thank you for your cooperation.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Welia Center turkey trot is cancelled for tomorrow 11/27. There is still an outdoor 5k at the school hosted at 8:30am for the Mora food pantry. The track will be open as normal. We apologize for the inconvenience.
