Over the past 13 years Fore Chiropractic & Wellness has grown, adding new faces to the front office team and becoming a clinic of three chiropractors!

Through passion and continued education Fore Chiropractic & Wellness has evolved to become a clinic that offers a wide array of services, including chiropractic care, acupuncture, laser therapy, and so many more amazing services. Having Stacy Blaisdell, CCH, CST-T & Aaron Oslowski, CMT apart of the Fore Chiropractic & Wellness family allows for a full-service experience that our patients really enjoy, offering services of craniosacral therapy, homeopathy and massage therapy.

We are so thankful to Dr. Jenna for bringing Fore Chiropractic & Wellness to our community and today we celebrate all her hard work and dedication to us, her employees, her patients and her community.

Did you know you don't need to find a babysitter to schedule your adjustment?

Our office is child friendly and they are welcome during your visit too! Many make themselves right at home by kicking off their shoes, enjoying time reading books, coloring or putting together puzzles and joining us at the front desk.

They are the best helpers! It's our favorite part of our job!

Our patients are our family, and we love that our space feels like home to them!

❄ Snow Removal Safety Tips ❄

♨️Warm Up First
Just 3-5 minutes of light movement (march in place, arm circles) can wake up your muscles and reduce strain.
✨Use the Right Shovel
Choose a lightweight, egonomic shovel with a curved handle that allows good posture.
⛄ Bend Your Knees - Not Your Back
Lift with your legs and keep the shovel close to your body. Avoid twisting while lifting or throwing snow.
🌨 Push the Snow When You Can
Pushing activated stronger muscle groups and is much easier on your spine than lifting.
⏰Take Breaks
Shoveling is hard work! Pause every 10-15 minutes to stretch, hydrate and reset.
💪Listen to Your Body
It's okay to ask for help.
