I started getting random posts saying that they are Facebook Business Dept and then I’m about to be in trouble and my page blocked. But it doesn’t make sense. The first one I clicked over onto thinking that it was real and then realized they were asking for way too much information so I stopped and reported them instead. I started my “Epigenetic Jumpstart lDiet” again today. Last year I lost 40 pounds. And have not gained it back! Now I’m going to lose the last 24lbs.
It is a highly restricted 81/6 intermittent fast. It’s not easy, but discipline never is. What I really liked about it was I felt good and the weight came off quickly. The book should be out in August.🤞🤞🤞.

CAT THINKING
I was working in the back studio, which is about 15 feet from the back door of the main house. I heard my orange tabby scratching at the door and thought he wanted to come visit. But no. When I came out the door he meowed, and went running for the back door and sat there expectantly. We are now clear who works for who in this house.

Life is good. Shape shifters will be open the first weekend of each month In Moraga at the same location. All services are the same with the exception of reformer classes. Unfortunately, those are all canceled.
