✨ Hello December! ✨
It’s the final month of the year, and we’re closing it out with a calendar full of fun here at Moraga Royale! 🎄💫

This month, our residents will be treated to cheerful caroling from several Girl Scout groups and a special dance performance from a visiting dance ensemble. 💃🎶

Mark your calendars — our Resident Holiday Party is on December 17, and families are welcome to join us this year (up to two guests per resident). ❤️

We’ll wrap up the month with a festive New Year’s Eve celebration featuring The Magic Notes and a joyful countdown as we welcome the new year! 🎉🥂

We had such a wonderful time last week exploring the Lindsay Wildlife Experience in Walnut Creek with our residents!

From learning about native wildlife to seeing the animals up close, every moment brought smiles, curiosity, and great conversations. The exhibits were engaging for everyone, and the staff made the experience even more special with the amazing facts and stories they shared. We’re so grateful for opportunities like this that bring joy, connection, and a little adventure to our days. 🦉🌿💛

✨Honoring Our Heroes on Veterans Day✨

On November 11th, we gathered at Moraga Royale to honor the brave men and women who have served our country. 🇺🇸
We’re deeply grateful to Alameda Hospice for partnering with us and creating beautiful certificates and tokens of appreciation for our veterans — and for recognizing the wives of veterans who have shared in their journeys. It was a truly moving ceremony filled with gratitude, pride, and love for our heroes. ❤️

What a spooktacular Halloween we had at Moraga Royale! 🎃👻 A big thank-you to the amazing kids from Saklan School who came by to sing, dance, and show off their adorable costumes. Our residents loved every minute — some even joined in the costume fun! It was truly a day full of smiles, music, and Halloween spirit. 💜🧡

We’re excited to share our activity calendar for the month — full of fun events, special traditions, and opportunities to connect as we head into the holiday season.

This month, we’ll honor our veterans on November 11th with a special ceremony, enjoy our regular outings and activities, and come together for a Thanksgiving feast to celebrate gratitude and togetherness. 🦃💛
