I’m comfortable saying God’s grace can feel like an energy.

I know not everyone sees it that way, and that’s okay. But when I get still, there’s something I can feel. A presence. A movement. A kind of peace that flows through me.

That’s how I experience God’s grace.

You don’t have to label it perfectly. Just be still enough to notice it.

My garden turned into a butterfly garden this year.

It’s such a simple reminder… we’re always changing, always becoming.

Want to feel better in your body? Start with where you shop.

Fresh, local food makes a difference. Farmers markets, small stands, places like the Ecology Center… this is where you’ll find food that actually nourishes you.

Then use the grocery store for the extras, not the main source.

When you make your food and your meals a priority, your health follows.

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive.

If your grocery bill feels high, try adding more simple protein sources like beans, lentils, and legumes. They’re affordable, filling, and really good for you.

You can still include fish or meat when it works, but it doesn’t have to be every meal.
