We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. As a courtesy, we do accept assignment of insurance benefits from a wide range of insurance companies if you provide us with adequate information and we are able to verify your coverage. At present, Dr. Davis is a participating provider with Delta, Cigna and Ameritas. Patients over 65 years old receive a 10% discount when paying in full at the time of service!
