🚨 Now Hiring: Recovery Associate – Men’s Treatment Center 🚨

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Staff at a men’s residential treatment center. If you’re passionate about helping others and making a difference in recovery, we’d love to hear from you!

🕒 Schedule:
• Full-time (40 hours/week)

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Pass medications and monitor clients to ensure safety and well-being
• Support patient engagement by modeling positive behaviors, encouraging participation, and using motivational interviewing techniques
• Maintain a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment with professionalism, empathy, and respect
• Recognize risk indicators and engage clients in supportive conversations
• Assist with admissions by ensuring new clients feel safe, informed, and supported
• Conduct facility and room inspections to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Follow universal precautions and report any facility concerns
• Perform duties in alignment with CARF standards to support accreditation readiness
• Maintain all required trainings and certifications
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Faithful Recovery is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Court Liaison / Community Outreach Worker!

This position plays a vital role in connecting individuals in need with recovery services while building strong relationships with local courts, probation officers, and community partners. If you are passionate about helping people find recovery and want to make a real impact in your community, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:
✔ Building relationships with courts, probation/parole, and community agencies
✔ Assisting with referrals and admissions into treatment
✔ Representing Faithful Recovery at community events and meetings
✔ Supporting clients through the intake and referral process
✔ Promoting recovery resources and services within the community

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the recovery/treatment field
• Experience working with courts, probation, or community organizations (preferred)
• Passion for helping individuals struggling with substance use
