Caring Dunn Right is currently seeking a Resident Service Aide (RSA) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents. This includes delivering personal care, observing and reporting, cooking meals, offering companionship, administering medication (following training), and assisting with activities of daily living. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, dependable, flexible, available to work some holidays, and possess leadership skills. This part-time position involves working second shift (2-10pm), one weekend per month, and some holidays.
