It amazes me that I can feel this good during what used to be my worst days of the month.
It’s moon cycle time… and I’m still going strong.

✨ Reduced inflammation
✨ No brain fog
✨ Stable energy
✨ No wild cravings
✨ Ease in my body

For years, this time of the month meant bracing for impact — fatigue, mood shifts, swelling, mental fog, just feeling “off.” I thought that was normal. I thought that was just something I had to endure.

But this?

This feels balanced. Regulated. Clear.
I never imagined I could feel normal during my cycle.

Healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it’s simply noticing that what used to knock you down… doesn’t anymore.

Grateful for a body that’s responding.
Grateful for alignment.
Grateful for progress. 🌿

As Visions & Vibes LLC prepares to close its doors, Mystic Healing Hut is also entering a sacred transition.

For the past two years, this space has been home—home to healing, connection, growth, release, and remembrance. I am deeply grateful for the time I was able to practice here, to be rooted in one place, and to offer my work in a way that felt aligned, intentional, and expansive. I loved being in this space, and it has shaped me in ways I will carry forward always.

Before closing this chapter, I will be hosting one final Shamanic Drumming Journey on February 20th and one last Sound Bath in this space on March 20th—ceremonies to honor what has been, to give thanks, and to gently open the door to what is becoming.

This chapter would not have been what it was without the incredible community that formed here. I have made meaningful connections, supported countless clients, and witnessed so many powerful healing journeys unfold. I am profoundly thankful to everyone who trusted me with their care. Working alongside Stormy Henry and the other beautiful practitioners during this time was truly an honor. This was a pivotal moment—one now woven forever into the story of Morgan City.

So… where does this transition lead?
My vision is clear, even if the timeline is not. My intention for this year is to open a home studio—a grounded, rooted space where my work can continue to expand and deepen. I know with certainty that I do not wish to return to mobile massage. I have so much more to offer when I am anchored in one place, and I am allowing this next phase to unfold with trust rather than force.

If you are hoping to get on my books before this space closes, I encourage you to do so soon—appointments are filling quickly. During my transition period, I will be taking a short break from hands-on bodywork, but please know this is not an ending. It is a pause. A breath. A re-rooting.

Thank you—from the deepest place in my heart—to everyone who has supported Mystic Healing Hut, shared this space, and walked alongside me on this journey. Your healing work does not end here, and neither does mine. I am always just a message away for support, guidance, or connection.

This chapter closes with gratitude.
The next opens with vision, intention, and trust.
