The date on top of the jar is the date it was made!

3 Things To Remember About Sea Moss 👇

1️⃣ Keep refrigerated… always.
2️⃣ No preservatives 👉 it’s completely natural, so it stays fresh 2–4 weeks from the date on top. Freeze in ice trays for an extra 3–4 months.
3️⃣ Daily serving: 1–2 tbsp for adults. Kids start with 1–2 tsp.

I was shopping at the Carlsbad Farmers Market and on cloud nine. Health is wealth! The freedom to choose high-quality ingredients and talk to the people who make or love them. What you put in your body really matters.

Only at farmers markets can you spend ten minutes learning about a new food you’re adding to your regimen. (Of course, I added sea moss because it just belonged in the photo.)

Eat thoughtfully. Choose whole, natural ingredients, not cheap, poor-quality ones. It’s worth it! Your body will know the difference. I love this market!🌿
