One of the most inspirational teachers to me sadly lost her fight with cancer recently. She was such a ✨light✨. She taught be how to become a better teacher, leader, friend, and human. Today was a memorial practice in her honor. I had booked a private event a few months ago and was torn on canceling it to go honor her. But, I knew would want me right where I was…teaching. I hope to feel your presence often, hear your voice in my head, and share the lessons you taught me. ❤️

Happy One Year of the makeshift Studio! I never thought I’d be teaching hot yoga, but a 80* garage made me do it! 🧘🏼‍♀️ WHO WANTS FRIDAY MORNING CLASS TO COME BACK?! ✨I’m thinking 7am Friday mornings...thoughts?

J got me this two weeks before I started my first yoga certification in 2017. 🧘🏼‍♀️ I told him ‘I can’t use us because I wasn’t a teacher yet!’ He said ‘ you will be’. He picked this today and it happens to be on the eve of my 500 hour graduation 👩🏼‍🎓 in 2021. Find someone who believes you can before you believe you can. ❤️
