Carpe Diem! Career fair vibes! We were so delighted to be able to be apart of the NHI job fair last week! Getting to share what we have to offer at R & R to help support, mentor, and grow new therapists be better support clients and reach their potential. And getting the opportunity to talk to so many passionate and excited future therapists who are embarking on this new and rewarding journey in massage therapy.

I am so excited to be welcoming Mary into the R & R family. She started out as a client many years ago, and became a friend. After a deep conversation we shared, I expressed to her that I think she would make a talented therapist. She checked out a sampler class at NHI and fell in love with massage.

I’m so grateful to be able to mentor her as she starts her professional career. Being able to watch her graduate last night, and passing the torch to the next torch bearer was definitely special to be apart of. She is a radiant human, with a huge heart, and gifted therapist who is going to help alot of people.

So proud of you Mary! Congrats on your Journey as a massage therapist, and health educator. I know you are going to do incredible work in our community, and can’t wait to watch you grow. 💚

These pictures are taken right before and after the HydroDermabrasion Oxygen Facial. This was the first treatment in a series of 5 treatments. It can be customized to any skin type and Tailored to fit your individual needs. It is a progressive treatment not aggressive. Which means you see the most long term change with a series of facials to reach your skin care goals without the harsh and sometimes painful downtime with more aggressive treatments.

As you can see it plumbed up the fine lines and wrinkles. Circulated, and brightened the sink, helped clear up some congestion, and bring the skin back to a dewy and hydrated balance for a more youthful glow. Sending Adrienne off to her next adventure! We are sad to see her go but so excited for all her travels to come! It’s been a pleasure having Adrienne on the team and helping support her growth as a therapist as she continues on her journey. R & R was out celebrating our team last night and all we have been able to accomplish over the last year. It has been quite a journey of triumph and extreme growth. I am so grateful for this group, and for all the places we are going. Cheers to 2022!
