Now is the time of year where many of us (including our kids) are not getting enough vitamin D. Fresh air and sunshine can rejuvenate our mind and body to function optimally! If you’re not getting enough, then you’ll feel run down, tired and unmotivated. Make sure to get out there!

And let me guess.  You think it’s stupid.  You probably think it’s a waste of time.  And you are so busy freaking out about life that you don’t have time for “one more thing”? Or maybe a part of you doesn’t want to admit that help would be nice… that having school come a little easi...

With things starting to open up, I will be taking on new clients. For those who don’t know me, I have a program (similar to what brain balance does) that helps train the brain and body to work together efficiently. It helps remediate learning disabilities, ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc. We have learned that simple, targeted exercises done consistently over time, will train the brain to think more efficiently, manage stress better, comprehend more quickly. It’s been an amazing program. Check out my website for more details, or give me a call. I’d love to chat.

Our Story

Hone Potential started in the home. After owner Lisa H. sought help for her daughter with developmental issues, she realized she could help others in the community. Through an after-school program, Lisa has found an impactful, cost-effective way to help students go from struggling to thriving. Lisa believes developmental issues, behavioral issues, ADD, anxiety, and stress should never hold a kid back from reaching their full potential. No parent is alone when it comes to helping their child. With programming focused on perceptual motor training and development, we know every kid can succeed.
