We’re so excited to introduce Mindful Mobility. This class is a gentle, accessible yoga class for every body and every season of life.

Perfect for those returning from injury, working with limited mobility, or simply wanting to move with more care and confidence. With a small class size, you’ll feel supported, seen, and encouraged every step of the way.

Please remember:
• There’s still ice out there - be careful on your feet!
• Just because the main roads are clear, doesn’t mean all roads are clear. Please use your best judgement on your way to the studio
• The 1684 side of the studio does not get sun. So while most of the ice is melted. Please use caution getting out of your cars if you park directly in front of the studio.

The roads are currently too slippery for safe travel, so morning classes are cancelled.

Temperatures are expected to rise above freezing in the afternoon, and road conditions should continue improving into the evening. We’re hopeful to be back for evening classes, but will share updates if conditions change.

A gentle reminder if you look out your window right now. ❄️ This time of year invites us to slow down, conserve our energy, and tend to what sustains us.

This gentle, inward-focused class led by Shannon will include guided meditation, slow and accessible movement, and breathwork designed to calm the nervous system and bring awareness back to the present moment. We’ll close with an extended savasana accompanied by sound healing, creating space to rest deeply.

Rather than focusing on big goals, this gathering invites you to listen inward and set a quiet, supportive intention—one rooted in ease, self-compassion, and simplicity. This class is open to all levels.

With the wintery weather moving in, our Morgan’s Point studio will be closed Saturday and Sunday.

If you’re scheduled, we’ll be reaching out to take care of reschedules or refunds.

Kelly & Shannon are prepping to hit the slopes of Bell County! ⛷️😂

No but really like everyone else, we have no clue what to expect this weekend so keep an eye on socials and email and we will let you know what’s what when we make the call. Our leadership team is really just 3 of us doing our best so we can asses weather and road conditions. And we know our studio plays a vital role for many of you, which is why we do our best to evaluate safety and staffing. All to say, it’ll likely be day by day, class by class but probably expect at least some sort of closure over the weekend but with Texas… maybe not!? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey local fitness coaches, wellness coaches and yoga teacher friends 🤍

We’re hosting a Firefly Aerial Teacher Training next weekend and wanted to share it here for anyone who’s been a little aerial-curious.

This is a small, in-person training with lots of time actually in the hammock. We’ll play, explore, and talk through safety, anatomy, and cueing, while really feeling how aerial works in real bodies. The whole weekend is meant to be supportive, approachable, and very hands-on.

One thing that’s awesome about aerial is how versatile it is. It’s not just a group class tool. It can be an incredible add-on for personal training or private clients, and it works beautifully in one-on-one sessions.

Beyond the traction benefits, the hammock naturally builds strength and flexibility in a really unique way, especially for clients who need support, challenge, or something a little different.

You also do not need to be planning to teach aerial full-time for this to be valuable. Many teachers take it to deepen their understanding of movement, traction, cueing, and how to use the sling intelligently in different settings.
