🌟 ACA Employee of the Month – August 🌟

Please join us in congratulating our Employee of the Month✨ Sharon Ikard! ✨

Sharon has truly stepped up for the ACTT Team East following the departure of the long-term team leader. Despite limited experience in this role, she partnered closely with interim team lead Corey Harvey to guide the team through multiple transitions and help position Team East for success.

Sharon consistently does whatever is needed—whenever it is needed—to support her team. In addition to serving as Assistant Team Lead, managing scheduling, and helping with phone coverage, she continues to excel in her full-time role as Vocational Specialist. She has also become the go-to resource for housing needs across the team.

Sharon exemplifies all of ACA’s core values through her leadership, adaptability, compassion, and commitment to excellence.
