Say hello to Mason—Holly’s son and one of the brightest lights in our Mountain View Pediatrics family! His joy, resilience, and curiosity remind us daily why inclusion matters.

This month, we’re proud to stand with Mason and all individuals with dwarfism to raise awareness, celebrate differences, and promote respect. Dwarfism affects approximately 1 in every 25,000 births, and while medical care may vary, what every child deserves is dignity, understanding, and a community that sees their full potential.

💡 Did you know? Many individuals with dwarfism prefer the term “little people.” Language matters—and choosing respectful terminology is one way we can build a kinder, more inclusive world.
We’re honored to walk alongside families like Holly’s, who teach us so much about advocacy, love, and the power of showing up for one another.

Mountain View Pediatrics is proud to offer evening care for urgent sick visits at our Morganton office, specially designed for our “Bear Cubs” who need a little extra TLC after hours.

This clinic is reserved for urgent sick visits only—no well checks or routine follow-ups during this time. If your child isn’t feeling their best and needs to be seen outside the usual schedule, our Bear Care team is ready to help.
