Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness is a healing sanctuary offering high quality, personalized, therapeutic massage and spa services in the heart of downtown Morganton, NC. Each of our Licensed Massage Therapists are compassionate, experienced, and skilled in many massage modalities. Massage modalities offered by our therapists include Swedish, Therapeutic Relaxation, Neuromuscular Therapy, Clinical Structural Bodywork, Lomi Lomi, Pregnancy massage, Hot Stone massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. We also offer massage enhancements such as Aromatherapy, body scrubs, and other decadent spa experiences. In addition to creating deep relaxation and assisting in re-connecting the body and mind, our therapists are able to treat and relieve chronic pain such as headaches, computer posture distortions, upper back and neck pain, low back pain, TMJ, sciatic nerve pain, tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel. Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness is proud of it's reputation as the leading provider of professional massage therapy services in Morganton, NC and the surrounding area.
