Freezing weather…less sunlight…rising expenses…political unrest…

So many factors leave you yearning for balance, calm and rejuvenation. Consider a remote healing session to find your center! A remote session means you are not limited by location and proxmity in order to work with me. You can receive a session in the comfort of your own home or really any location you choose.

I’m now offering “Donation Days” for those of you who have limited budget but still need to make yourself a priority. Fees for these sessions will be paid by donation for whatever you’re able to afford. Donations can be paid through Venmo.

My first two Donation Day slots are:
- This Thursday, 1/29 at 8:15pm EST
- Thursday, 2/5 at 8:15pm EST

Sessions are 30 mins and reiki-based, but can include some mediumship work if you are interested in connecting with someone who has passed. Every session will include a summary of your physical and emotional blocks, and intuitional messages for your soul’s journey. Reach out by DM, comments or texts to secure your slot. I will fill them on a first-come, first-serve basis. Open to new or existing clients. Hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you to all of the moms who joined in our Mother’s Day session last night! We had a beautiful and relaxing session, but definitely got rid of some energy blocks and pain. A “remote” session means that I can tap into your energy from anywhere, so we don’t have to be in the same room, state or even country! You can receive healing from the comfort of your own home. Chakra 101 - Root Chakra cont.
When you feel ungrounded, you may feel unfocused or anxious. An easy and simple way to help activate your root chakra is to stand barefoot in the earth. Spend a few minutes with your feet firmly planted and take three deep breaths. A great Root mantra to repeat while doing this is, “I trust in the process of life.” This is a great Sunday ritual to get you ready for the week ahead of you. Happy Grounding!
