The past three months have been filled with growth, connection, vulnerability, dance parties, and so much heart. This group is truly special.

We’re deeply proud of all they’ve stepped into, and so excited for the incredible things they’re about to share with the world! ⭐️

Our Yoga Mat Donation Drive is right around the corner!🤩 From Nov. 17- Dec. 1, we’re collecting new and used yoga mats to support Mountainview Elementary’s Kids Yoga Club and Libera’s Mindfulness Group!

If you have a mat you’re no longer using, or plan to replace yours soon, consider donating it to us to support these wonderful local initiatives bringing mindfulness and movement to our community’s women and youth. 💙
