Tyler Ridenour for our LEAD here at Valley HealthCare talked about how Law enforcement and health organizations work together to offer second chances.

In an attempt to cut down on those numbers, counties across North Central West Virginia are teaming up with local mental health organizations, passing along resource pamphlets during drug-related arrests, mental health calls, and other interactions.
